We collect and store the information you give us on the Contact Us Page. You may use our web site to request that we contact you via an email address and/or telephone that you provide along with your name.  That information is used to construct an email that is sent to designated employees of Everware-CBDI as a contact request.

If you use the web site Contact Us feature, you "opt-in" to having the information you provide stored so that we may respond to your request.  We automatically log information you provide and the device you are using. For example, we may collect device information such as your IP address.  Log records are automatically purged in 30 days.  Log and email records are stored on equipment located in the USA.
