Leadership

Mr. Mayo is a seasoned executive focused on delivering IT solutions to address the most compelling issues facing government and large commercial organizations. His experience includes IT strategic planning, enterprise and solution architecture, business and data analysis, and technology adoption. He assists clients adopt new business models to succeed with digital transformation initiatives.  He helps organizations modernize their application portfolios by implementing modular, incremental and iterative development methods. Mr. Mayo holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics.

Warren has spent most of his career in the software development acceleration space.  His extensive experience with proprietary 4GL and CASE tools led directly to the company’s focus on leveraging more open technologies to accelerate solution delivery and increase IT agility.  He has led numerous development teams to successful results at both commercial and government clients.  At Everware-CBDI, he is focused on applying the company’s methods and tools to client projects – adapting their capabilities to the task at hand while guiding organizational maturity and portfolio sustainability.

Denzil leads the company’s technological and architectural initiatives as head of our R&D group.  He has an extensive background in generations of products, environments and platforms and has led the company’s transition to a cloud and microservice focus.  Denzil’s range of experience, collaborative nature and practical approach make him an effective project leader and solution architect.  In addition to leading roles on client projects, Denzil is the visionary behind the Agile Service Factory and directs the technical and architectural aspects of ASF project implementations.
