Java Platform Implementation – What is Happening in the Real World? Over the past few months, we have followed a thread on the COM+ platform and the Microsoft-centric market, and this will continue in the coming months. In this month’s Journal, we start a thread that will investigate and profile the various Java technologies and markets. We commence by taking a hard look at what is really happening in the corporate environment, and the inhibitors to progress. The media is full of articles and news on Java, but only for programmers!
