NEON Systems Expands Shadow Product Family version 4.5 for Open E-Initiative Development – The Shadow Product Family includes NEON Systems’ Enterprise Access and Integration products: Shadow Direct and Shadow OS/390 Web Server. Product Enhancement to Shadow Direct version 4.5 includes transactions capability for e-commerce applications and enhanced CICS support, to enable the incorporation of terminal-attached transactions without modifications to the transaction. Meanwhile, Shadow OS/390 Web Server version 4.5 now incorporates embedded server-side scripting for building dynamic and interactive Web pages accessing System/390 data and transactions.
