| Abstract: | The transition to a component-based application environment requires co-ordinated actions, from multiple functions, sustained over a significant period of time. It is not surprising, therefore, that CBDi Forum has observed a huge resurgence of interest and activity in the areas of architecture and strategy. In this paper we introduce a framework and process for planning, communicating and managing the component-based strategy. This paper should be read in conjunction with the CBD Maturity Model. | ||
