| Abstract: | Conventional wisdom tells us that bricks and mortar organizations will be constrained by their legacy applications. Their move to e-business will be doubly difficult because their existing applications and data cannot be easily adapted to cater for move to e-business. Whilst the legacy applications by definition contain the business rules and knowledge that run the business, the lack of structure and connectivity forms a major barrier to change. For some time now the CBDi Forum has been exploring methods and technologies which enable reuse of legacy, and we are pleased to report on Relativity, a fairly new player that focuses on transformation and restructuring of legacy applications into new technologies. | ||
