| Abstract: | We are constantly asked questions by CBDi Forum members, and others, and we welcome this. One recent question sparked off a dialogue that is worth replaying, because it relates to questions that we are all constantly asked. The questions are: "You imply (in recent papers on financing component development) that Component-Based Development (CBD) is more expensive than regular development and must be financed separately.
