| Title: | A Structured Approach to Application Integration | ||

| Abstract: | Application Integration is typically a reactive process. Application parts are quickly integrated in response to a new business process. Many ‘things’ requiring integration are unlikely to be ideal components. As a consequence, many individual point-to-point integrations are built that satisfy immediate needs, but have very little ability to support integration of subsequent new business processes. This article suggests several useful steps in adopting a more structured approach to integration. This material is definitely not dated! | ||
