| Abstract: | The development tools market is more active now than it has been for years. Of course all the usual suspects have been adding web service creation to their existing tools, what else would they do? And there are significant numbers of new start-ups providing imaginative solutions to old and new problems. In this report we look at the potential for a new class of tool that develops the RAD tools concept for a web services environment and report on our meeting with Epionet, a company that has delivered a rapid development and runtime environment for delivering web service based applications. | ||
