| Abstract: | We examine how web services enable a more dynamic relationship between providers and consumers. An important objective for providers of a business service is to make it as easy as possible for consumers to use the service, perhaps to increase the number of customers, or to reduce implementation costs, or to provide a more competitive service. Consumers can take immediate advantage of the service, and also change providers dynamically. | ||
