| Abstract: |
In a previous article "In Search of a Business Improvement Methodology", we outlined a general framework for Business Improvement. In this article, we apply some selected methods for business modeling and improvement to a simple case example, in order to develop some practical techniques and patterns. |
| Backgrounder: |
In the previous article, we indicated that Business Improvement potentially involved two different kinds of business model, which we called Business Model B (for business) and Business Model C (for computational). Most of the available methods and techniques for enterprise modelling are in support of Business Model C.
In this article, we are going to do an assessment and comparison of business modelling methodologies, primarily in support of business model C.
