| Abstract: | Across this year we have conducted a number of SOA Roadmap assignments for members. These have included maturity assessment exercises as well as assisting or undertaking full blown planning projects. As a result of this high level of activity we have developed our methodology considerably. A key change in our practice is that we see maturity assessment as an important process in its own right both as an initial status check, preparatory to Roadmap planning, as well as an ongoing activity providing governance over the capability development process. | ||
