Reference Architecture. A framework for the work products used in CBDI-SAE™ supporting the business, implementation and deployment views of SOA. Work product templates for Reference Architecture consisting:

  • Deliverables . Candidate work products used to document SOA deliverables. Each deliverable is described and accompanied by a template where relevant, together with reference examples.
  • Techniques. Detailed explanation of appropriate techniques
  • Standards. Candidate standards that apply to specific work products. These standards can be internal, or de facto or de jure industry standards
  • Policies. Candidate policies required for governance
  • Patterns. The CBDI-SAE™ SOA Knowledgebase contains both candidate patterns and a catalog of patterns synthesized from project experience
