Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation:

Less than 3 working days before the start date - 100% cancellation fee

Less than 7 working days - 50%

Less than 28 days - 25% cancellation fee

More than 28 - 10% administration fee charge.

Transfer:

The course can be transferred to another representative from the same organisation at no charge.

Rescheduling:

The attendee can reschedule onto another course at any time up until 3 working days prior to the start of the class. The rescheduled class must be held within 12 months. A rescheduling fee will be charged at the time of rescheduling as follows:

Less than 7 working days notice - 30%

8 - 28 working days notice - 20%

More than 28 working days notice, 15% charge.

Fee based on appropriate cost of the new class.
